Inserting planes at different angles

Having a bit of a hard time here inserting a plane at an
angle. I can insert one that is parallel or perpendicular
to a plane but not sure on how to create a plane that is at
a different angle. Any suggestions?

There are many ways to do that.
The tip is to look very carefuly to the
feature manager every time when you are not sure about something.

Fore the plane exemple:
Sketch a line as 3D sketch.
Exit sketch then shift select the line and an end point of this line.
After INSERT - > Reference geometry - > Plane, SW make a plane for you. This contain the line end point selected before and will be perpendicular to the line.
From now must be easy to orient your plane as you need: make necessary changes in the line sketch.

The line sketch must be draw BEFORE you applay the Reference Geometry.

Hope this is a help for you.
Good luck !
