Tittle block

I've been using Auto cad,
But now I am into solidworks,
And Iam finding difficult to create a tittle block for my
drawing sheet and I don't know how to exactly fit it in the
center of the sheet,...

Can any one help me in this issue???

I'm not sure that we understand your question. Titleblocks, in my experience, ALWAYS go in the lower-right hand corner of the drawing. Why would you want it in the center of the sheet?

A title block, usually found on the lower right corner of architectural
drawings, contains information about the drawing such as the date it was
completed and the name of the architect. Also, a company logo may
appear in the title block

I believe the OP might be talking about the title block and the border. You can place a line at any location on the drawing using the PropertyManager pane in the lower right of your drawing window. Actual coordinates may be entered for start and end points of the lines.
