part files disappear

When I send an assembly file to another computer, the part files are not < http-equiv="Content-" content="text/; charset=utf-8">< name="ProgId" content="Word.">< name="Generator" content="Microsoft Word 11">< name="Originator" content="Microsoft Word 11">

transfered, and the other party can not open the assembly. What am I doing wrong?

Use File Pack and Go and choose to save as a zip. An Assembly file by itself does not contain the Part Files that it uses, they are external links meaning the Assembly will only show them if the part files are sent with it. The Assembly just holds the information needed to place the models relative to each other.

Pack and go will save the assembly along with the Part Files that it uses. You can also save out an assembly as a part file that contains the surface boundaries of the Assembly parts without the feature data used to create them, if you want to protect your file features and prevent the sendee's ability to modify your assembly and parts.
