Intralink 3.3 install files

Hello Everyone.

I realise that what I am about to ask is a longshot.

We are trying to migrate our intralink 3.3 M020 file server from an old server onto the new one. Unfortunately we dont have useable installation disks.

Does anyone know where I could download the installation files from?

I have contacted PTC support but since Intralink 3.3 is not suported and we no longer have a current SCN I doubt I will get very far.

Are there any other suggestions for moving the whole lot from one server to another. Currently the data server is working but the server itself is on its last legs.

Cheers
Tarquin

You may get the cd from PTC if you had a SCN at that time
you did install ilink 3.3.

Another option: Use vmware. With vmware you can "copy"
your old server to a virtual server.
I have never try with ilink 3.3 but we have been using
vmware with Ilink 3.4 for many years without any
problems.
Vmware vsphere (ESXi) and vmware converter are both free
products:

hypervisor/overview.html
http://www.vmware.com/products/converter/
Today we do not use the free products as all our servers
in datacenter are virtual.

You could also just use a third computer to copy the entire filesystem from the old server's hard drive to the new one. This may result in driver issues though - it depends on how similar the hardware is between the two systems.
