Crediting Phantom lines in Drawing

Greetings,
I am trying to Change a solid line to phantom line in a drawing view, by right clicking the view and selecting the edge display option. But I am not getting the result. Is there any thing I could change in OPTIONS or ENVIRONMENT to get the phantom lines.

Select line style instead of edge display.
