Intralink-empty workspace

BRENTMARINE

New member
Upon opening intralink today my workspace was empty and received the following message. "Internal error, refresh or re log in". I've tried both these options and niether one works. It is only one workspace, the others are fine. I've search the folder where the files are stored locally and the files are in there. I created a new work space and copied files to this one, same result. I'm using 3.4.

Any suggestions?

I think your local database are corrupted.
I will recomment that you delete all workspaces by delete
folder ".proi". As a good user I assume you have all check
in to commonspace ;-) If not you have must do not now if
possible before you delet .proi folder.

I found a way to work around the problem to access the few new items I did not have checked in. I created a new work space, then browsed into the .proi folder and opened it up from there. This seemed to work so far.
