show / erase cosmetic sketch in wf5 M040

1) In wf5 the show and erase box is now only a show box
2) In wf5 the cosmetic features are not even in this show box


So how is it possible to control visibility of cosmetics on drawing views in wf5?


On the drawing of a part you can erase cosmetics in one view at a time. And unerase in all views fra the model tree (RMB). Not very nice!!


And besides:


We have a lotparts with a cosmetic to illustrate some laser etchings.
These parts are in different assemblies.
On the drawings of theese assemblies we can no longer show/erase the cosmetic in the various wievs on the assembly drawing. We do NOT want to have different Layer visibility on the various views. Thats too much trouble and work.


Any tips???

In Annotate context, you can set the selection filter to model cosmetic from top right side filters and do the x-window selection for selecting all the cosmetic and then use RMB-Erase

Butit does NOT work in drawings of an assembly?


At least not if the cosmetic is on a prt.


Not on wf5 M040. I have read on PTC's site it should be fixed in M060 released on 16. sept! Just found this:

The easiest way to hide the cosmetic feature in a drawing is to turn off the layer.
