After formatting computer, whenever a threaded hole is inserted it has becomeimpossible to obtain the standard files that correspond to different threads. Only option available is "none".

We have re-installed the original program many timesand problem remains. Any ideas to solve it?

We are using windows XP and office 2000

Check to see where the pro_hole_dir option in the config.pro file is pointing - it could be pointing to a blank directory - (the holes are in {loadpoint}\text\hole)
