Format size question

Hi all,


I'm sending a couple of company borders/titleblocks to a vendor. One is in Solidworks and its about 250 kb, the other is in Pro/E and its over 1 meg. These two formats are identical. Why is it that a Pro/E border/titleblock is over 4 times larger than the Solidworks equivalent? Thanks,

They are not identical, one is a pro/e file and one is a solidworks file.


Its like having a slide show in pdf and the same slideshow in powerpoint. They will not be the same size either.


I dont think you need to worry about it.
