Analysis of two surfaces

I am trying to find the best way to overlay two surfaces and perform an analysis to see if they are matching. Is there an operation that would highlite any differences in the surfaces. Basically I get data that has pretty complex surfaces and the difference between revision 1 and 2 might be only a small rad change so it would be nice if there was a tool for this as oppose to manually checking, THANKS FOR ANY HELP!!!

i have douht how to creat embossing in catia v5 on a surface are in a part if u know pls help me to creat can u send to my e mail id [email protected] because in solid works we can use wrap command to creat embossing on part with i required fonts

catia v5 A-class surfaces, Reverse engineering,advanced video courses with demonstrations of car 15CD .
