Aierd Mechanism Problems

Hi


While i was using Pro/E Mechanism yesterday, i use a pin constraint to constrain two parts. It worked fine. When i try to do the exact same thing today, Pro/E does not let me do it. It says " Definition not complete" Iam not sure wats wrong. Could people here help me
