Changing angular dimension

I have a Problem in Repeat Region.In the Drawing View for angeneric the angular dimension should be represented in degrees with two decimal places, Whereas in the Repeat region in the familiy table in drawing the angular dimension should be represented in degree-minutes having zero decimal places.
