spin box ( dialog ) (Pro/E 2001)

Hi toolkit programmers

I have made a dialog in which I have used a spin box. Now initially I
want
this spin box to be disable and hence i use the following attribute in
the .res file

(spinboxitem.Editable False)

However this diables the editing of the spin box but i am still able to
change the value with the help of the spinner buttons.
Can anyone help me to stop this way of editing the spinner value also.
