Intralink 3.0 and 2000

Has anyone out there loaded Intralink 3.0 on a 2000 or 2003 server with luck? I am trying to establish a test machine so I can upgrade and cannot get it to run on 2000. I can get it to go on a unix machine but we are switching to a 2003 or 2000 server, and would like to not have to set up another machine to do so. Any imput would be nice.
