Boom ballons

In manny case in an assemblly i don`t guess what is the logical reason to order the numbers what automaticaly ProE do

to the subassembly or components

What i want is numberings in logical order by each component

or to give the number myself

I prefer to have number onto montage order

Is possible?

Usually Pro/E orders the parts the same as they're assembled.



You can re-sort the table by any column (eg: part name, number, description):



- Table > Repeat Region > Sort Regions

- Pick the BOM table

- Add sort keys - eg: columns that you want to sort by



Another technique available is FIXING the index of a particular line:



- Table > Repeat Region > Fix Index

- Pick the BOM Table

- Pick a row to fix, and enter the item number you need..
