Weirdness with Extern Copy Geom & Regen

It seems odd that if I change and save a part with a Publish Geometry feature (and leave it in session) and then open the part that references that Pubish Geometry the changes do not appear until after I do a Regen? I've made sure the the part it question is not still in memory when I load it from disk. Seems strange that the update wouldn't happen without requiring the regen.




Part 'XOM_MODULE_REAR_PANEL' not changed since last regen.


Regenerating XOM_MODULE_FRONT_SUB_PANEL feature 7 out of 7 ...


Regeneration completed successfully.
