surface to solid conversion

how to convert the closed surface into solid body?


when iam going to "sew" it saying "Please give closer tolerances"


I went upto 2.0 tolerance but it not sewed.

My best guess is you need to be sure that the surface edges are trimmed and intersect each other. most of the time a tolerance of .001 is all you need.
