Ellipse - how to model this ?

Dear Friends


Now i want to create one ellipsoid by the 3 sketches (in UG file), i tried to use the
Through curve mesh, (Equvalent to Multisections solid in catia).


Also i enclosed the proe, catia & IGS file for reference.


If anyone told that how to do this in Solid modeling alone means it will be recommantable.

2) Winzip file is not password locked,
