how to customize the tool bar in nx4

hi everybody,
every time when i opened the ug i need to set advanced with full menu role,then customizing(add and remove the needful commands) the tool bars..loading my macro tool bar and then finally preferences..for each and every time i need to do it.. how can i save my customs permanently? thx in adv

Go to Preferences>User Interface Preferences Tab>enable Save Layout at Exit
