Getting cross sectional area from a tube

I have an Iges file of an aircraft engine inlet, and I want to be able to get the cross sectional area at different places along the inlet tube. I have placed datum planes at each section I want to check, but I can't figure out how to get NX to tell me the Area. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I made the measurements of the car turbo inlet and I think it should work for you as well.

Of course you have to have section curves made previously, and as I recall you have to rotate CS,because the calculations are being made in x-y plane.
