How to create a non standard thread in NX

Using NX4,


How to create a external thread in NX4. With detailed thread option i get only metric threads. But thread cross section is different than metric. I tried using the sweep using a helix but the result is not acceptable. Is there any other sweep options that anyone can suggest.
