opening drawing files from ProE

hello,

i ahve to know how to open drawing file i.e., i had a table format in ProE but i dont know how to open that file with UG in a new drawing sheet.

i had exported proe file to .Dwg and .Dwf and imported it in UG but it is not working,anybody know about this.
