Renering problem

I have WF5 with photolux enabled. I have rendered my models but there is a problem while saving them in Bmp or Jpg. During rendering it shifts the image to either right, left, top, bottom anywhere producing incomplete scenes.


I have set my model to the center of screen. When i set output settings to "Full window". The results are fine but when saving them to bmp or jpg, it doesnot output as required.
 
What image size are you setting it at? The default model space in a pro/e session is roughly 3:2. Set your size to those proportions and see what happens.
 
Well, i m trying to 4:3 ratio. It works well pixel size 800x600. Above that it get out of screen. I want image of size 3072x2304.
 
people can any one give me links of how to make a good render in proengineer

as soon as possible
