Skeleton_in_part_mode

Hi all,

Just came across this config option (Hidden) SKELETON_IN_PART_MODE. I am assuming that it will allow me to put a skeleton into a part (as the name suggests) but can't work it out........

Anyone know what it is for and how to use it?

Kev

PS Thanks to Olaf for this one

The option does exist but the find tool doesn't work for hidden options.
If you type it in and are able to enter yes as the setting and hit enter it will show up.

I havn't figured it out yet but believe it might allow parts that reference the skeleton model to show it as a reference feature in the part.

Pro/E is good about those hidden options. A lot of them are because the option didnt work like they wanted it to for the current release, so they turn it off and continue to develop it for a later release. kind of like:

allow_round_all yes

This adds an option to the fillet tool to round all edges!
