Windchill connection lost

Hello All, please i have that issue since the last year and a half... user connect to windchill on a gig network to the server with internet explorer also using wildfire5 and from time to time almost every 2 weeks they get a message lost connection to the server and the only thing resolving this is to restart the whole server ; just restarting the 4 windchill services helps for 5 minutes then they lose connection again.

Check your virus software and exclude the windchill folders.
