Windchill cache

Hi,


I have a problem with WF4 and Intralink 9.1. When trying to register new server following information appears:

and when I press OK:


View attachment 4607


and WF4 collapse.


Any idea whatcausesthat problem? Is there possibility to convert cache manually?

Try deleting the entire Cache folder and let pro E create a new one.(it does it automatically when you register a new server)


It's located in your app.data. ("Documents and Settings\MVR\Application Data\PTC\...")


But before you delete it, make a backup somewhere else.
