Whatever happened to the right-click?

I can't remember when it dissapeared, but Pro/E used to allow cycling through the different options with a right-click, before confirming with a middle-click. This seemed to me to be a great idea, as it saved moving the mouse. Now, I have to click cancel in the top-right and then move the mouse to the middle of the screen to select yes, why not just a right-click, middle-click?

I don't know what PTC are thinking at times.

I've only seen this working for flipping direction of tangency in datum curve tool. is there any other circumstances that it will work?
