what is a tabulated drawing?

A tabulated drawing is a drawing that has symbols or variables in place of dimensions.


These symbols or variables are then added to a table on the drawing.


This type of drawing is mostly used to describe multiple parts that are close in shape.


You could say it is the 2d version of a family part in the 3d world.
