visibility change

I used to use pro/E wf 3.0 butit wasupdated to 4.0. My problem is that I have never encountered before if I modify a partof an assembly the color of the active part is the same but that of the others is colourless and reticular. Sometimes it disturbs me in sketch mode while referencing. It is the same phenomenon when you activate a part of an assembly. My question is if it can be switched off somehow. If yes, in what way?

Set the config.pro option dim_inactive_components to never.

I don't think there is but it's been a while since I used WF2. This option was added in WF4.
