Hello friends,
we are in a big issue at my company. We are using NX4, and the files get corrupt sometimes. It could happen 1, 2 3 times a day, lossing all the work up to that point. We are backing up every 10 minutes, but it just minimises the problem.
When trying to open a file, a message appears:
"File contains unexpected block of zero bytes, possible NFS corruption"
We have contacted UGS but not much help.
Did somebody experienced something similar at any time?
We did work in local hardrive, but failed again. Format the workstation and install last version, but failed again. Install in another workstation, and failed again.. What could we do next?
Any help will be really appreciated
Thanks in advance
