Unable to see user context Windchill

I am a Windchill user. I add an user to the organization
and iam unable to see the user context. As a result of this
the context field is blank while trying to create a
workspace. Can anyone here help?

You will also need to add the user to the context (product/library/etc).

Thanks for the reply. My context here is the
Organization. How do i add user that way? I tried but could
not.
