Unable to create Workspace Windchill 10.0

I am new to Windchill. Working as an administrator on a
test installation. I create an user. I am able to login as
the user, but i am unable to create workspaces.
It gives the error
Can't find container, Name = null, OID =

Also the context field is empty.
Would anyone be able to help?

Any good training material on Administration would be of
great help
