I'm creating some assembly formats and I want to put the BOM table in the format, which works ok. Howeverwhen the table is populated in a drawing, thetable extends down into the fixed part of the format, rather than extend upward into the drawing. Is there any wayof setting the table to populate "updwards" rather than "downwards"?

Thanks,
Leo

When you created the table it should of have asked if you wanted it ascending or descending and left or right. Not sure if you can change it after its created. You may need to redo the table.

You have to set the origin for the table (eg. lower right). Once you do this the table will poplulate upward for a standard table.

You can still set it to display ascending or decending in a particular cell as well.

Click to activate the table, right click and in the context menu, select Set Rotation Origin. Set the appropriate corner.

If using Creo, select the table tab, select the table (make sure the entire table hilites, not just a cell). Select Properties, In the properties dialog the first item is Direction. Select the growth direction you want.
