table driven by part parameters

Can I drive the repeat region by the part parameter? I am going to
create a front cover page for the drawing. There is a table of the
front page listing the rev and its brief description of change. If the
rev parameter created in a part started from 00, then there is one row
in the table, if part update to 01. two rows in table, and so on.....

So to make things a little clear, you basically want some sort of automation, to add rows to a table.

You first have one row with revision 00 and then when revision is changing you want something that automatically adds a new row with revision 01. Right?

Don't think it's possible.

I always write those revisions by hand, I have a table and everytime I change something I add a new row, put the next revision, and write what changed.

I don't think it's worth the trouble of making this automatic, but everyone is doing he's / she's own way
