STEP import - errors in log file

I have been sending a customer STEP files of parts created in SolidWorks. My customer is a Pro-E user. He is creating log files when importing the STEP files. The log files are showing lots of errors in the geometry of the part. The part appears to be stable, but he is convinced that we need to fix the geometry so that the part shows no errors in the log file when importing the STEP.

Does anyone out there know a lot about log files and what they are able to tell us about the geometric stability of a part?

Are errors shown in the log file something to be concerned about even if the part appears to open without any visible surface problems and gives you a solid body?

I have attached one of the log files my customer has sent me.
