sketcher pallet (or) sketch ----> data fr

I need to place a sketch from sketcher pallet (or) sketch ----> data from file, But the requirement is, while placing the sketch from pallet or saved sketch, it should locate automatically with reference co-ordinate systems. Please let me know the possibilities.

When importing a sketch data from file, the part will be brought into sketcher window, you then select the scale required ( i wish this could be set standard to 1 btw ). You have a circular pick box usually in the centre of your imported sketch, using the left button will drag the sketch around, using a right mouse click will allow you to move the circular reference box and locate it elsewhere on youe sketch, usually an endpoint, centre point, midpoint of an entity etc. This allows you to place the sketch where you need to.
