Show dimensions from Graph

Hello I have a variable section sweep that is controlled by a graph.





I want to show the dimensions used in the graphon my drawing.





When I type in "&sd24" etc within a note the dimension value is not shown?


Anyone see what I'm doing wrong?

can use in Notes, Relations, etc.
