seperate the sheets

hai all,

i work in a electro mechanical company. i deal pcbs and its alternative housings. we basically go for milling operation to generate the basic shape followed by drilling to generate the required holes.

in a pro-e model incorporate those two featurs. now my problem is when we transfer that model into drawing sheet, i would like to separate those two featurs into two different sheets. presently it is not happening.

create a family table in your part and make the generic the manufactured part with all the holes etc... and the instance the basic shape.

Then create a drawing with 2 sheets.

Set the model to be the generic and put drawing views on the first sheet.

Then go to the second sheet and set the model to be the instance and put drawing views.

Remember that you must switch between the models in your drawing if you need to put BOM's on both sheets.
