yOU CAN erase VIEWS TEMPORARILY USING View>Drawing Display>Drawing View Visibility, select Erase View from the dialog box and then select the view you want to not see. A green outline of the view box will remain to show you where you have erased views. Do the same and select Resume View to bring them back.
