scale value in format 0.*** and 1:*

how can i change the scale value from 0.*** to 1:* or *:1 in 2001?

What about decimal fractional scale format? How to set up drawing scale format that proe will correctly show scale of 1:2,5 (now, it is showing 2:5) for that scale value)?
