Don't use "File->Revise and Checkout..." option in Pro/E menu.
Instead revisethe Pro/E part in PDMLink (Windchill Cabinets). There you can collect the related drawings and and other possible related objetcs and revise them all at the same time. Then do a check out and you'll be ok. Works perfectly this way.
