Remove the ribbon!

I'm not a fan of the ribbon in WF5.0 (still have to try Creo 1.0 in depth) but saying that "The icons are not intuitive" is not fair, as they are basically the same icons used in the old toolbars.

Maybe asking for the option to disable the ribbion is a better way to go about this. PTC's new goal is making CAD somewhat accessable to non-engineers. They aren't going to just drop what appears to be a large part of that goal. Also, I imagine that the ribbon will help students who are new to CAD learn the interface. After all, it is a lot like the Office ribbon, which nearly everyone is (now)familiar with.I think it would be nice to be able toenable the old tool bar for those of us used to the WF menus, but leave the ribbon as default for people new to the system.


I'd rather they get rid of the remaining unix menus anyway.
