Remove decimal values

I have an entity (x) with a length value of 650.78. I want to create another entity , with a value which is
<ul>[*]A value expressed as a relation which would be something like: 650.78 - [decimal value - in this case .78] = 650[/list]I'm not sure how to write the relation so that the value of is always expressed as the value of (x) less the decimal value.
