Can anyone help me about how to Profile a vertical surface without retract motion?

I have tried many tricks but......

The problem is that i want to machine a piece of marble with a cuter disk D400, 5 mm thickness. The 3axis machine principle works as the photo above.

TNK in advance

I just use a retraction plane of zero or make the Z cutting depth and the retract plane the same value. After the cut I either GO/DELTA or go Point to Point to clear the workpiece.

Good luck!

If it's a profile sequence you can switch to a zigzag motion instead of climb and it will eliminate the retracts also.

on the down side it conventional mills half the passes.
