ProE Help wont start

I have installed six Dell 390. In ONE of these the ProE Help will not start.
"Cannot find 'file://|tml\usascii\no_help.htm'."

I have reinstalled ProE (M240), No sucess.
Today I installed ProE Help (from the same setup) No change.

Anyone having a qlue?

We've seen a similar problem on some builds of Pro/E - have a call with PTC,
no solution yet.

It does only seem to happen with file:// - but not with http:// addresses.
Maybe try installing PTC help on a local webserver if you can?
