Problems starting Flexnet server

New member
Last year I installed ProEngineer wildfire 4 with an
educational license. When it expired I tried updating my
license with a new one and it ProEngineer wouldn't work. I
just reinstalled everything and it accepts my new license
but the license server will not start. I've tried all sorts
of things but can't get it to run. Any suggestions?
