Pro I 3.3-3.4 unmofified after save

We have upgraded from 3.3 -3.4. We had some family table issues in 3.3 and PTC told us that if we use 3.4 there would not be any isues. All files that have family tables have been checked out to workspace. From workspace, all these files have been opened and resaved (this is done a trail file as # of parts are huge about 700-800). The issue we have is, as we have resaved them, Pro/Intralink does not show any as modified? What cold be the issue

Opening the file in ProE and resaving it does not modify it.


You have to perform some action, like go to the layers display, hide a layer, Save Status on the layers, unhide that layer, and Save Statusagain.


Now open the Family Table and click on the Verify icon to regenerate all of the instances.


Now save the file and things should work fine.
