I do not have WF5 so I do not know where they moved all the commands with the new ribbon. If you are having 25:1 then you have a units problem. Check your model and see if the units are inches or mm. Then check your drawing and make sure it is set up to the same units. Wish I could help more but as I said I am not on WF5.

In WF5 select the Annotate tab and select Show Model Annotations. Once you are there, there are multiple tabs for dims, gtols, etc. Click the view where you want the dim to show and then select the check box for the dims that you want to keep.
