Pro E stops downloading

Hi all,
I just bought the student version of Pro E and am attempting to download it on a brand new Lenovo desktop running Widows 7.

After downloading the file I attempt to run the set-up but it never works. I get to the installation screen where it shows the progress bar but the COPY FILES bar just stops at 2% while the download progress goes immediately to 100%. It doesn't seem to be frozen as the pictures showing models that have been made using the software keep refreshing.

Any ideas? Thanks

And looking in the Event Viewer on my computer it says an error called Application Hang

This is a bug of the webinstaller.
You need to download the complete CD set.

Well thats frustrating seeing how I just paid $65 for this. Do you know if they will give me the cds instead? This sounds like a well known problem.
