PRO E 3.0 problem with VISTA

when i try to install PRO E 3.0 on vista 32 bit, i get an error with the license server. when i install the license server, it says the license management was installed correctly but could not be started. then i get a problem installing the actual PRO E program. any tips? thanx.
 
The FlexLM service doesn't start automatically on Vista. You'll have to manually start the server or there are different utilities around for starting it automatically.
